Ingredients
- 2 whole fish or 2 fish fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 sprigs rosemary or thyme
- Sea salt flakes
- Freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp ÓLETHRA Extra Virgin
Method
- 1Pat the fish dry and season lightly.
- 2Grill or pan-cook until still juicy inside.
- 3Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- 4Add lemon, herbs and ÓLETHRA Extra Virgin just before serving.
