The name ÓLETHRA was born from oleum, the timeless word for olive oil, and from a Greek-sounding ending that evokes the land, the place and the origin. A name that connects the olive tree with Greek soil and expresses the authentic provenance of the product.

In Lakkoma, Chalkidiki, we cultivate approximately 4,200 olive trees in groves that express the natural variety and distinctive character of the area.

For us, quality begins at the tree. From caring for the groves to harvest and milling, every stage follows a calm, careful and consistent logic.
